### 🔒 Welcome to Blackout RP

Blackout RP is a **serious roleplay server** focused on immersive storytelling, character development, and community integrity. By joining, you agree to uphold our standards and follow the rules outlined in this rulebook.

#### ⚖️ General Expectations

* **All bans are permanent** unless you provide sufficient evidence to prove the punishment was unjust or made in error.
* **"I didn’t know the rules" is not a valid excuse.** It is your responsibility to read, understand, and follow all server rules.
* By playing on Blackout RP, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

#### 👥 Staff Discretion & Enforcement

* Our **staff team is here to help** maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.
* If a rule does **not include a specific punishment**, staff have the discretion to assign consequences based on the situation.
* Staff reserve the right to **ban any player at any time** if they are being disruptive or acting in bad faith.

* If you believe you’ve been **wrongfully punished**, you may submit an appeal.
* For questions or support, **join our Discord** and open a ticket.

* **RP quality is evaluated solely by Blackout Staff.**
* Rule changes may occur at any time **without prior notice** to ensure the best experience for the community.
* All final decisions lie with the **Blackout RP Staff Team**.
