This server is dedicated to providing a serious roleplaying experience, and we take our rules very seriously. All bans are permanent unless you can present sufficient evidence to prove them unjust or incorrect. It is crucial that you read, understand, and adhere to the rules.

Claiming ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as an excuse for avoiding consequences. By joining the server, you are acknowledging that you have read the rules and agree to follow them.

Our staff is here to support the community and ensure that the rules are respected. If a rule does not have a specific punishment outlined, the staff has the discretion to assign an appropriate consequence. If you believe you have been unfairly accused or penalized, you have the right to submit an appeal.

Staff holds the authority to ban anyone at any time if they are disruptive, or if there is reasonable cause to believe they are here with the intent to cause disruption rather than contribute positively to the roleplay experience.

Anything that isn't covered explicitly in the rules falls under The Golden Rule.

Blackout RP Staff reserve the right to make decisions suitable to any given situation based upon their judgment. The quality of RP will be evaluated by and only by the Blackout staff.

The staff of Blackout Roleplay has the final say in all matters. To preserve the integrity of the community, the rules can be changed at any time for any reason without notice.
