# Emergency Response Rules

### 🚑 EMS & 👮‍♂️ PD Interaction Rules

This section outlines the expectations, restrictions, and consequences for roleplay involving **emergency services and government employees** in Blackout RP.

#### 🆘 Calling EMS When Downed

* When downed, use the **`/911e` command** to request medical assistance.
* **EMS will treat you on-site** unless PD instructs otherwise (e.g., transport to the station).
* Do **not call for help during an active scene**. Wait until it has fully concluded before requesting assistance.

#### 🚫 Restrictions for PD & EMS Employees

**🔹 While Employed with PD:**

* **Absolutely no criminal activity** is permitted — this includes **on primary characters and cousins**.
* You **may not have a criminal or gang-affiliated cousin**.
* You **may not share** criminal information or leak privileged data to others.
* You **may not rob or kill** fellow PD or EMS without proper RP justification.
* **Forcing PD/EMS to perform duties at gunpoint** is not allowed.
* **Stealing PD/EMS vehicles** is only allowed if absolutely necessary for a specific, ongoing RP scene.
* **Impersonating PD** (clothing, badges, or behavior) is strictly prohibited.

**🔹 While Employed with EMS:**

* You **may participate in criminal activity**, but:
  * After **3 criminal offenses**, you will be **FIRED and BLACKLISTED**.
  * All criminal activity **must take place on your primary character**.
  * You **may not have gang/criminal cousins**.
  * The above PD restrictions (no impersonation, no sharing intel, etc.) **also apply**.

#### 📛 Government Employment Cooldown

* If you've recently been **in a gang**, you must serve a **mandatory 3-day cooldown** before applying for EMS or PD jobs.

#### 🚨 PD & EMS Scene Protections

* You **cannot rob, kill, or attack PD/EMS** without **meaningful roleplay justification**.
* Gangs **may not kill police officers and wait for EMS** to revive them — **fear RP still applies**. You are expected to **flee the scene** after defeating law enforcement.
* PD will provide **a sky notification and verbal warnings** before **breaching active gang-on-gang scenes**.

#### 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Jailbreak Rules

* **Civilians may not take hostages** in an attempt to free someone from holding or jail.
* Only **gang leaders or underbosses** may initiate such scenarios.

#### 🔥 Corruption & Misconduct

Any of the following actions will result in a **PERMANENT BAN**:

* **Healing off-duty** as EMS or PD
* **Removing items from PD evidence**
* **Going off-duty with on-duty equipment**
* **Providing gang members or criminals with inside locations or information**
* **Selling or giving PD/EMS equipment** to unauthorized civilians
