Tickets & Support

If you encounter a player violating the rules, you must roleplay your way out of the situation and report it afterward. Never notify the player that you're reporting them, as doing so is considered OOC. This includes using terms like "flight" or "bahama," or calling those who report others "snitches," "rats," or "police." Reporting is strictly an OOC matter and should not be discussed during gameplay.

To report a player for a rule violation, submit a ticket on the official Discord and wait for staff assistance. Ensure your ticket includes a 2-minute (or longer) clip with full context and player IDs. Clips shorter than 2 minutes or split into multiple parts will not be accepted.

In City Reports

If you're facing an issue where you're stuck or encountering a scene-breaking problem, you can use the /report command for assistance from the staff.

For example: /report I'm trapped in the bank vault and can't get out.

Under no circumstances should you harass or be disrespectful toward the staff. If you're unhappy with a decision made regarding a ticket, you can submit a staff complaint.
