# Staff Rules

***

### 🛡️ Staff Conduct & Appeal Guidelines

Our goal is to maintain a **fair, unbiased, and professional staff team** to ensure the highest quality roleplay experience for everyone.

***

#### ⚖️ Finality of Staff Decisions

* All **staff decisions are final**.
* You may submit an **appeal** if you believe a decision was unjust or incorrect.

***

#### 🚫 Prohibited Behavior Toward Staff

* **Abuse or disrespect** toward any staff member — whether in-game, via tickets, or on Discord — will **not be tolerated**.
* Avoid **sending private messages** to staff unless absolutely necessary.

***

#### 📋 Staff Role Expectations

* Staff **must not teleport or spawn money/items** for players without a valid, transparent reason.
* **Bribery of staff members is strictly forbidden**.
  * Both the player and staff member involved will face **immediate removal and ban**.

***

#### 🔄 Rule Compliance & Overrides

* Staff are held to the **same server rules** as players.
* **Overrides or exceptions** may be applied in specific situations at staff discretion.

***

#### 🕵️‍♂️ Reporting Staff Misconduct

* Concerns about staff behavior or misconduct should be directed to **higher management** through proper channels.
* You are encouraged to **file a formal report** if you believe a staff member acted improperly.

***

#### 🤫 Interactions with Staff in Roleplay

* Do **not approach staff** about tickets or OOC questions unless the staff member initiates or the matter requires urgent attention.
* When staff are in character, refer to them by their **character name**, not as “admin” or “staff.”
* Staff are expected to **stay in character** during RP scenes.

***

#### 🔍 Evidence & Confidentiality

* Staff are **not required to share evidence** leading to a punishment.
* If appealing, be prepared to provide your own **video clips or proof**.
* Staff will **not disclose details** of other players’ punishments; this information is confidential.
