Staff Rules
Our goal is to maintain a fair and unbiased staff team to ensure the delivery of high-quality roleplay. To achieve this, we have established a set of guidelines for our staff members.
Any decisions made by staff are final, though you may request an appeal if desired.
Abuse or disrespect toward any staff member, either in the city or through tickets, will not be tolerated.
Please refrain from sending private messages to staff members unless it's necessary.
Staff members should not teleport or spawn money/items for players unless there is a valid reason for it.
Bribing staff is strictly forbidden. If this occurs, both the staff member and the player offering the bribe will face immediate removal and a ban.
All server rules apply to staff members as well. In certain situations, overrides may be necessary.
Higher management will address any misconduct related to staff behavior. If you believe a staff member has acted improperly, you are encouraged to file a report.
Do not approach staff regarding tickets or out-of-roleplay questions, unless the staff member starts the conversation or the situation requires immediate attention. When staff members are roleplaying, they should be referred to by their character name, not as an admin, and must remain in character during scenes.
Staff members are not required to show evidence leading to a punishment. If you wish to appeal, please be prepared to provide clips.
Staff will not share details about other players' punishments with you. This information is kept confidential between staff members and the player receiving the punishment.
